Power, Voltage, and Size: The Nitty-Gritty
These run on 400V and pull 2500W, so you get a heavy dose of heat density. That voltage choice keeps line current lower, which means you can run longer cables across your warehouse without worrying about voltage drop. The tube is just 300mm long, so the footprint stays compact. It slips easily into tight fixtures or focused heating zones. That short length also concentrates the heat, giving you a high watt-per-inch punch—perfect when you need intense spot heating.
What’s Inside: Halogen, Coating, and the R7s Connector
Inside the quartz tube, you’ve got a halogen cycle filament. It stays stable even at high temps and handles repeated on-off cycles without burning out. On the back, a reflective coating pushes infrared energy forward, so more of the heat goes where you need it and less is wasted to the sides. And the R7s connector? It’s a straight-through, two-pin design that wires up quickly and locks in solid. If you’re swapping out an old unit, it drops right in where the existing R7s housing lives.
Why It Works: Fast, Direct Heat for Big Spaces
