The tube is just 300mm long, so the footprint stays compact. It slips easily into tight fixtures or focused heating zones. That short length also concentrates the heat, giving you a high watt-per-inch punch—perfect when you need intense spot heating.
What’s Inside: Halogen, Coating, and the R7s Connector
Inside the quartz tube, you’ve got a halogen cycle filament. It stays stable even at high temps and handles repeated on-off cycles without burning out. On the back, a reflective coating pushes infrared energy forward, so more of the heat goes where you need it and less is wasted to the sides. And the R7s connector? It’s a straight-through, two-pin design that wires up quickly and locks in solid. If you’re swapping out an old unit, it drops right in where the existing R7s housing lives.
Why It Works: Fast, Direct Heat for Big Spaces
