Material & Design
Inside, we use shortwave infrared halogen elements housed in a quartz tube. Quartz is tough—it handles rapid heating and cooling and keeps output steady, even when the lamp cycles on and off. The reflector coating is built to focus energy forward, so you waste less heat and protect nearby components. And the R7s base? It’s a standard, high-current connection you’ll find in industrial heating fixtures, so wiring it up doesn’t require custom terminal blocks.
